Refund policy

All garments are made to order. No returns. Every piece in the Patriot Store is printed just for you when you order, so we don’t accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product before you order.

Size exchanges. Ordered the wrong size? You can exchange it for another size within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn and unwashed. Request it from our Returns and exchanges page and we’ll email you the address to send it back to. Return shipping is paid by you, and so is shipping on the new size: we email you a link to pay it, and your new size is printed and shipped once your original arrives.

Misprints, damage and the wrong item. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, let us know within 30 days of delivery from the Returns and exchanges page, or email lehman@brandonlehmanshow.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, and there’s no need to send anything back.

Lost packages. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package never arrives, write to us and we’ll reship it.

Cancellations. Orders go to print quickly. Write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. After printing has started, we can’t cancel.
