Returns and exchanges

All garments are made to order, so we don’t accept returns. If the size isn’t right, you can exchange it. If something’s wrong with the print, we’ll make it right.

Wrong size? Exchange it

  1. Request it within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn and unwashed.
  2. We email you the address to send it back to. Return shipping is on you; please use a tracked service.
  3. You pay shipping on the new size from a link we send. Your new size is printed and shipped once your original arrives.

Misprint or damage? We make it right

  1. Tell us within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered.
  2. Send a photo: reply to our email with it.
  3. We send a free replacement or a full refund. There’s no need to send anything back.
